Why we built Markdific
In the AI era, most of us never think about markdown. But it is everywhere.
Every time ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini gives you a formatted answer and you save it, you get a .md file. Open it on your computer and it looks like a mess of symbols: hashes, asterisks, and brackets scattered through the text.
We did not want to learn a developer tool just to read a document. We did not want to install something heavy, sign up for an account, or configure plugins. We just wanted to open the file, see it the way it was meant to look, make a quick edit, and move on.
So we built exactly that. Markdific opens any markdown file and displays everything beautifully. Fast, simple, and made for people who just want their files to look right.
