- To improve our website, content, and product. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used.

In the event of a notifiable data breach, we will notify the PDPC within 3 calendar days and affected individuals as soon as practicable. For EEA/UK users, we will notify the relevant authority within 72 hours where required.

We use SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and secure storage to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Do Not Call registry
We comply with Singapore's Do Not Call (DNC) provisions and will not send you telemarketing messages without clear and unambiguous consent.
